Flour and corn tortilla with Chicken Tinga and Beef Barbacoa topped with pickled red onions, shredded lettuce, jalapeno, shredded cheddar jack cheese, Cotija cheese, Cilantro Lime Creme, Pico De Gallo, Street corn and diced onion and cilantro mix. NOTE: this is a buffet so you can build your own with any of the selections.
