Description

The Dinner Party will begin at 6pm on Friday evening in the Ballroom.

Buffet will include

• Entrées
  • Chicken Picatta – boneless seared petite chicken breast finished with a buttery lemon caper sauce
  • Garlic Brown Sugar Flank Steak with Cilantro Chimichurri – flank stank marinated overnight with brown sugar and garlic marinade and grilled to perfection, topped with a Latin inspired cilantro chimichurri emulsion
• Sides of Garden Salad, Chef’s Seasonal Vegetable, and Starch of the Day as well as Fresh Baked Rolls with Butter
• Chef’s Selection of Dessert
• Ice Water and Iced Tea
