TAAT Toe Up Socks: Learn to manage the Magic Loop while avoiding Second Sock Syndrome. In this class we will be making some baby socks. We will learn Judy’s Magic Cast On (JMCO) and setup two socks on one 40″ circular needle. Then we will increase for the toes, knit along for the foot and use short rows to form the heel cup. Some back and forth knitting forms the heel flap and we’re home free knitting in the round for the leg.

Skills Learned: Magic Loop two at a time, JMCO

Skills Needed: knit, purl, knit in the round, some experience with Magic Loop is helpful.

Bring with you: Approx 200-250 yds smooth fingering weight yarn, appropriate needles for your yarn (US 0 or 1), one removable stitch marker
